Respected Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that I am Nirmal Saha, a student of class X in your school. I am writing this because I urgently need three reference books. As you know reference books play an important role in our learning. But the financial condition of my family is very weak. My poor family can’t afford to buy these books.
Therefore I request you to provide me with the following reference books free of cost-
(i) English Question Bunch
(ii) Geography Reference Book (Ray & Martin)
(iii) Physical Science Reference Book (Prantik)

I am hopeful that you will consider my request favorably. Your support in this matter would mean a great deal to me and my family, and it would enable me to continue my education with the dedication and enthusiasm that I have always shown.
