Use of Be-Verb Am-Is-Are

এখানে আমরা কোন কোন ক্ষেত্রে am / is / are হয় সেই সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করলাম। am / is / are এর ব্যবহারগুলি পড়ার পর তোমরা নীচে দেওয়া Worksheet টির উত্তর করবে। তোমরা তোমাদের score comment করে জানাতে পারো।

AM, IS এবং ARE Be Verb তিনটির অর্থ হলো ‘হয়‘।
Present Tense এ এই Be Verb তিনটি ব্যবহার করা হয়।

am / is / are এর ব্যবহার:

👉 (i) Subject যদি Singular Number হয় তবে তারপর is বসে।
উদাহরণ: Rahul is a good boy.
He is very lazy.
She is an excellent dancer.

👉 (ii) Subject যদি Plural Number হয় তবে তারপর are বসে।
উদাহরণ: Rakesh and Sudipta are very lazy.
They are playing cricket.
People are often afraid of noises at night.

👉 (iii) শুধুমাত্র I এরপর ‘am’ বসে।
উদাহরণ: I am ill.
