Sub: A Relief Fund for Flood Victim
All the students of this school are hereby notified that our school is going to raise fund to help the flood victims of our state. Your are all aware of the recent flood that hit in some parts of West Bengal. Thousands of mud-built houses were either damaged or completely destroyed. Thousands of people had been rendered homeless. Many people stranded in water without any food and shelter.
It is our moral duty to help the flood victims. We are going to raise a fund. Therefore, all the students of this school are requested to contribute to the fund liberally. You can donate either in cash or kind. We shall send our collection to the flood affected areas through the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. All the students are requested to make it a grand success. Co-operation of all highly solicited.
