Sub: A Tree Plantation Programme
All the students of the school are hereby informed that our school is going to organize a ‘Tree Plantation Programme’ in our school premises on 28 the March. The main purpose of the programme is to create awareness about the importance of trees. In these days of serious environmental pollution, planting trees can save the earth.
So the students are requested to be present in the school ground at 10 am on the said date. The Gram Panchayat will supply the saplings. The students will plant them at the sides of the school ground. The students will form four groups. One group will dig the spot of planting, other groups will manure the soil, plant the saplings and water the trees.
The local B.D.O Mr. M Sinha will be present as the chief guest. Wholehearted co-operation from all is highly solicited. Students may contact the undersigned for more details, if required.
